A Level 1 Lagree Certification is the essential step in becoming a Lagree instructor.

This official Lagree Certification is recognized by Lagree Fitness headquarters and all licensed Lagree studios worldwide. It comes with lifetime access to the online Lagree Academy, a valuable resource for instructors. There are no continuing fees or education requirements to keep your certification active after the training, it's good for life.

Those who complete their certification at Pulse and are interested in joining our instructor team get an extra advantage: we scholarship an in-house mentorship at no additional cost. The Mentorship includes a membership at Pulse for 2 classes per week, plus discounted drop-in classes at $25 each, for 3 months. It is designed to provide hands-on teaching experience, personalized coaching, and all of the support needed to confidently lead your own Lagree classes. Upon successful completion of the mentorship you’ll have the opportunity to audition to become a Pulse Lagree Instructor.

• The total investment is $2300 if paid in full by April 20. A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your spot.

• We also offer a payment plan for $2500. There is a $500 nonrefundable deposit required to secure your spot. Another $800 is due by April 20. The remaining balance can be split into 3 monthly payments of $400. 

Spots are limited! We max out at 10 as the certification is hands-on, intimate to allow for personalized feedback, and everyone gets access to their own Megaformer for the duration of the training.
