THE CERTIFICATION

Pulse hosts quarterly Lagree Level 1 Certifications, recognized by Lagree Fitness headquarters and all licensed Lagree studios worldwide.
Certification also grants you access to the Lagree Academy, an ongoing online resource for instructors.

No continuing education requirements. No annual fees. You earn it once and it’s yours for life.

Training is hands-on and intimate. We cap the number of participants so every person gets individualized feedback and dedicated time on their own Megaformer throughout the entire weekend.

AFTER CERTIFICATION

The Pulse
Mentorship Program

Those who complete their certification at Pulse and are interested in joining our team are eligible to join our in-house mentorship program at no extra cost. The mentorship is a structured, three-month instructor development experience built around the real skills that separate a great Lagree instructor from a certified one.

The mentorship includes

  • 10 observation hours and 10 supervised teaching hours with a certified instructor
  • Mock classes before you ever lead on your own
  • At least 10 original routines written, reviewed, and refined with feedback
  • A 60-page mentorship manual covering routine writing, cueing, class environment, adjustments, pregnancy and injury modifications, and how to handle different client types
  • Education in anatomy, physiology, and exercise science as it applies to the Lagree method
  • Hands-on instruction in how to give safe, effective adjustments
  • Membership including 2 classes per week plus discounted drop-in classes at $25 each for the duration of the program

Mentorship invitations are extended on a case-by-case basis. Upon successful completion, you'll have the opportunity to audition as a Pulse instructor.
