  • Shea is Pulse Lagree's Lead Trainer and Studio Manager. With a decade of full-time experience in the fitness industry, including over eight years teaching Lagree, Shea brings expertise and passion to every class. She holds a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Neuroscience, complemented by Kinesiology research experience, and certifications in both Lagree and Yoga. Her classes are challenging yet accessible, rooted in science and mindfulness, and supported by years of hands-on experience. Her coaching style emphasizes the connection between mind and body, leaving you feeling stronger in both.

  • Sacha is a wife and mom of three, with a lifelong athletic background playing a variety of sports. She discovered Lagree years before she began teaching in April 2024 and quickly fell in love with the way it challenged her body and mind in a whole new way. For her, Lagree is about more than just working out - it's about transformation and connection. She loves helping others feel their very best, whether that means building strength, improving endurance, or simply finding balance in their busy lives. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where every class leaves you stronger, more centered, and empowered.

  • Desiree is a proud mother of two and a passionate fitness professional. For the past five years, fitness has not only been a career for her but also a life-changing journey. As a NASM Certified Group Fitness Instructor, she's had the privilege of helping others discover the strength, confidence, and balance that movement can bring. Her passion comes from experiencing firsthand how fitness transforms more than just the body—it fuels the mind, builds resilience, and creates a lifestyle filled with energy and purpose. Whether it’s guiding clients through high-energy group classes or encouraging small steps toward healthier habits, her mission is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for everyone. When she's not coaching, you can find her balancing life with her two amazing kids, showing them that strength comes in many forms—on the mat, in the gym, and in everyday life.

  • Sedona was a professional ballerina and ballet instructor prior to moving to Texas. She began teaching Lagree in 2022 and is a Certified Instructor. She has worked with Autistic children as a Behavioral Therapist and has a true passion for people. She loves movement and helping others achieve their personal goals. Sedona has fallen in love with teaching Lagree to all of her wonderful clients. Each person is valuable and she enjoys all aspects of fitness.  Her favorite qualities of teaching are seeing clients grow, transform their technique, and change their lives.

    Certifications: Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration. Lagree Certified.

  • Karen has always enjoyed challenging herself athletically, but instantly became obsessed with the Lagree Method after a doctor introduced her to it 3 years ago, as a way to help with recovery after an accident. Lagree delivered results she had never experienced before. The low-impact, intensity, muscle definition, and functional strength that it quickly built made it her go-to workout.

    Outside of the studio she is a mom of 3 boys, each in 3 different sports, as well as a proud wife, hair stylist, and owner of The Cutting Room. She loves family time, traveling to any beach, no alarm Sundays and working out on the Mega!

    She is so excited to have found her home at Pulse, where her classes will always combine knowledge and musical beat motivation throughout the workout.

  • Michelle started Lagree in 2024 and has been addicted ever since. Her favorite part of Lagree is how adaptable it is for every age, fitness level, and stage of life. She has seen the benefits not only in her own body but also in her friends and clients. Her favorite move is a Reverse Floor Lunge because it hits all the leg muscles and there are so many fun (and spicy) variations to add in. The move she loves to hate is a Side Torso Crunch! Outside of the studio she is a momma to a beautiful daughter and a mini goldendoodle, she stays active with all forms of exercise, and she loves any time she gets with her kindle. By day she is a pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist and owner of TrueFix Physical Therapy in Mansfield, helping women realize leaking is not normal and keeping active adults active!

  • Stacy has been practicing Lagree since 2018 and is passionate about the transformative power of strength training. She believes fitness is a tool for personal growth — physically and mentally — and loves helping clients become the version of themselves they’ve always envisioned.

    With an extensive background in hotel sales and a former athlete, Stacy brings a results-driven mindset and contagious energy into every class. Known as the ultimate hype girl, she creates and encouraging environment where clients feel supported while being pushed to their highest potential.

    Her classes are empowering, high energy, and focused on building strength from the inside out.
