What is Lagree?

Pulse specializes in Lagree, a unique, science-backed method combining strength, endurance, cardio, flexibility, & balance, not only into every session, but into every single move. Think high-intensity, low-impact, and total transformation.

It’ll target all of your muscles while sparing your joints (that’s what we mean when we say low-impact), making it one of the most effective and efficient workouts around.

Lagree vs. Pilates: What’s the Difference?

Pilates is great! But it’s not the same as Lagree.

Both use spring-based machines. Pilates is performed on the Reformer. Lagree is performed on the Megaformer. The equipment looks similar at first glance, and both methods are named after their creators. That sums up most of the similarities, though,

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact strength & endurance workout. Movements are slow and controlled, transitions are smooth, and your muscles stay under tension.

You’ll feel:
• A deeper muscular burn
• A higher heart rate
• Greater endurance demands
• More overall strength development

The Megaformer also allows for heavier spring resistance and has front and back platforms, which create more versatility and more load. That means more strength, more challenge, and more results.

Pilates builds control and stability.
Lagree does this as well, but it also builds strength and stamina.

Both are effective. They just train your body differently.

The best way to understand the difference is to take a class.
