Policies

Cancellations

  • Change of plans? Cancel 12+ hours before class to receive a full credit back to your account.

  • Late cancels (inside 12 hours) and no‑shows will forfeit the class credit (for class packages) or incur fees (for Monthly Unlimited; see Fees & Billing).

  • Cancel online via the Pulse Lagree app: Log in → My Schedule → select your class → Cancel.

Running Late?

Tell us as soon as you can. If you’re more than 5 minutes late and haven’t notified us, your spot may be released to a waitlisted client. New to the studio? We don’t want you to miss your orientation—please give us a heads‑up.

  • If a class is full, join the waitlist. You must have an active class credit in your account.

  • If a spot opens, you’ll be notified by email, text, or phone based on your profile preferences. Ensure your Pulse app notifications are enabled.

  • You may remove yourself from the waitlist up to 4 hours before class if your plans change. If you’re moved from the waitlist into class within the 12‑hour cancellation window, your account will be treated as if you attended.

  • To check your status, log into the Pulse Lagree app. If you no longer want the class, remove yourself or contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Fees & Billing

  • Monthly Unlimited members:

    • No‑show fee: $25

    • Late cancel fee: $15

    • Limit: 1 session per day

  • Class packages: A class will be deducted for no‑shows and late cancels.

  • Pulse Lagree Studio is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may result from late fees.

  • A valid Mastercard, Visa, or American Express must be on file for all active accounts.

Membership Terms

  • Monthly Unlimited memberships cannot be frozen.

  • After your Monthly Unlimited package expires, your account will auto‑renew under the same terms.

  • To cancel auto‑renewal, email support@pulse-lagree.com at least 3 days prior to your package expiration.
