I’m new! What do I need to know?

  • Come early! Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of class so that your instructor has time to give you a quick run down of how it all works. For safety, if you’re running late to your first class we may have to ask you to rebook.

  • You can fill out the liability waiver online to save time.

  • Grab those grip socks or plan to pick up a pair in the studio, and wear athletic attire that feels good to move in.

  • You are welcome to join any class, but if you’d like to attend a class entirely geared towards beginners look for Lagree 101 on the schedule.

  • Make sure to take a peek below at our studio policies.

What do I need to bring?

  • You’ll need grip/sticky socks - you can bring your own or purchase a pair in the studio.

  • Water - feel free to bring your own bottle but if you forget no worries, we've got that in the studio for sale too.

  • Other than that, we've got you! Bring that beautiful face and a can-do attitude, we’ll provide the rest.

What should I expect?

  • A 50-minute full-body workout led by one of our certified instructors in an intimate, small group setting that allows for personalized attention.

  • You’ll utilize the Lagree Method on the Megaformer, which means slow controlled movements, with quick transitions between the moves. Low joint impact, high intensity, and real results.

Policies

Waitlist

  • If class is full, join the waitlist.

  • As spots open up, those on the waitlist are automatically moved into class up to 2 hours before class start time.

  • If you get into class from the waitlist you will be notified by email or text, depending on the preference set in your profile.

  • Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer plan on joining the class. This can be done in the Pulse Lagree App. If you have trouble, contact us right away support@pulse-lagree.com

  • The cancellation window applies to spots on the waitlist. If you are added to a class from the waitlist but don’t remove yourself, attend class, or contact us in time, you will lose the class credit and/or a fee will apply

  • You must have sufficient credit in your account to claim a spot on the waitlist.

Cancellations

  • Change of plans? Cancel 12+ hours before class to receive a full credit back to your account (if using a drop-in credit or class pack) or avoid a late cancel fee (if using a membership to book)

  • Late cancels (inside 12 hours) and no‑shows will forfeit the class credit (for single class credits and class packages) or incur fees (for memberships); see Fees & Billing.

  • Cancel online via the Pulse Lagree app: Log in → My Schedule → select your class → Cancel

Running Late?

Please arrive 5+ minutes before the start of class. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class your spot may be given to a waitlist or standby client and you will be charged for a late cancel. If no one claims your spot, you are welcome to join us

Fees & Billing

  • Memberships:

    No‑show fee: $25

    Late cancel fee: $15

  • Class packages:

    A class will be deducted for no‑shows and late cancels.

  • Pulse Lagree Studio is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may result from late fees.

  • A valid Mastercard, Visa, or American Express must be on file for all active accounts.

Membership Terms

  • Memberships cannot be frozen.

  • All memberships require a six month commitment. After that, they can be cancelled at anytime by providing a 30 day written notice to support@pulse-lagree.com
