Welcome to Pulse Lagree Studio (“Pulse,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pulse Lagree Studio facilities, classes, websites, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing a membership, booking a class, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or 14+ with a parent/legal guardian’s signed consent) to participate.

  • You must complete and sign all required intake, waiver, and health forms before participating.

  • Pulse reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, misconduct, violation of these Terms, or safety concerns.

2. Health & Safety Waiver

  • You acknowledge that participation in Lagree and related fitness activities involves inherent risks, including injury or death.

  • You represent that you are physically capable of participating and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

  • You agree to release and hold harmless Pulse Lagree Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from all liability related to your participation.

  • You must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and staff. Pulse reserves the right to deny participation if safety protocols are not followed.

3. Memberships & Payments

  • Membership Options: Pulse offers class packages, monthly memberships, and single-class purchases. Specific terms for each membership type are provided at purchase.

  • Auto-Renewal: Monthly memberships automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with Section 4 below.

  • Payment Terms: All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Payments are due in full before access to classes or services is granted.

  • Late Fees: Pulse may charge applicable late or failed-payment fees as disclosed during signup.

  • Price Changes: Pulse reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with 30 days’ written notice.

4. Cancellations, Freezes & Refunds

  • Class Cancellation Policy: Classes must be canceled within 12 hours before class start time to avoid forfeiture or late-cancel fees.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a reserved class, you will incur a no-show fee.

  • Membership Cancellation: Written notice is required at least 30 days before the next billing date to cancel monthly memberships.

  • Freezes: Memberships may not be frozen.

  • Refunds: All sales are final unless otherwise required by Texas law.

5. Studio Rules & Conduct

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time; late arrivals may not be allowed to join for safety reasons.

  • Proper athletic attire and grip socks must be worn.

  • No alcohol, drugs, or disruptive behavior permitted.

  • Pulse reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct or violations of these Terms without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Pulse content, including class programming, videos, images, branding, and materials, is owned by Pulse and protected by law.

  • You may not record, copy, or distribute any Pulse class or material without written permission.

7. Personal Belongings & Liability

  • Pulse is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Cubbies are for temporary use only during class times.

8. Assumption of Risk & Release

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • Fitness activities involve inherent risks.

  • Pulse is not liable for any injuries or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

9. SMS Policy for marketing 

  1. Users will get sms regarding the special offer that they signed up for and future marketing messages via sms and email. They can expect to receive messages like "Hi {name} thank you for signing up for {offer} what works better for you, morning or afternoon appointments?

  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" "Out" "Unsub" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or send “START” , and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

  3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@pulse-lagree.com

  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages daily after initial sign up for 4 days and marketing messages once a month for monthly specials you may also receive 2/3 messages for appointment reminders . For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, except as otherwise prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

Pulse may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website or emailing you. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
